Just replaced the filter according to manufacturer instructions

work on this keeping in mind that a bunch of sand/dust/debris can fall anywhere you are working while replacing the filter

Open lid

remove washable plastic pre filter

Carefully Wiggle to remove old dirty filter

Clean the interior with the dust remover to prevent dust from entering the motor.

replace with the new filter and Carefully wiggle it in until it locks; if you are not gentle while
replacing you may damage the filter integrity.

good luck!

It was easy replacing the filters. However, I could not find a replacement battery pack. So I had to take the vacuum completely apart and then go to a place that repairs battery packs and have them rebuild the battery. Now it seems to be running fine.
