I removed all the screws and slid the upper shaft out and slid the new shaft in. I tightened all the screws and went to work. It was an exact fit. Easy assembly.
Very simple repair by replacing upper drive shaft. Removed screws, pulled aside throttle handle, pulled out broken part and replaced, reassembled. Be careful that rubber casing around on/off switch does not crimped.
