1. Opened the handle assembly.
2. Removed the broken trigger careful not to drop the spring.
3. Installed the new trigger with spring.
4. Removed bad stop switch.
5. Install new stop switch.
6. Re-install the trigger/handle assembly in proper position on the shaft.
7. Test.

Just took a couple of minutes to disassemble the handle, remove the defective switch, swap in the new one then put everything back together.

1. Remove housing cover from unit (side with pull start rope)
2. Remove black (ground) & red (hot) wires from switch
3. Install wires to new switch... Red to on position & black to off position
4. Reinstall cover
5. Fire it up!

Take one half of case apart and the take the two wires off the switch and replace with new switch.

Remove bolts on plastic shroud around gas tank. Remove tank. save and reuse 3 rubber grommets. install new tank.

repaced the switch
