It is very straight forward, after removing the starter from the engine, simply take out the screw holding the white reel in place. Be careful to keep the spring in the housing, it is very difficult to rewind if it comes out. Simply take the remnants of the old rope out and knot the new rope into place, and re-assemble. Even if you have n ever done it before, it shouldn\'t take more than 30 minutes to repair.
