The metal that the trimmer string goes through was missing so had to replace the whole head
Removed the old trimmer head and replaced it with the new one. It\'s great that we could find one through ereplacementparts.com, since the dealer no longer carry\'s the trimmer head, we only had the new trimmer for 3 months when the part failed us and no warranty place to take it to.
