It is an authentic OEM sourced replacement recoil starter assembly that is made for Shindaiwa and Echo handheld trimmers and brushcutters. This is the starter assembly that allows a user to pull-start the engine. It is a complete assembly which includes a plastic housing, starter pulley, starter spring, grip and the pull rope, please note the hardware to secure this assembly is sold separately.
