Remove shaft and set a side. Next remove plastic shrouds around engine. Then remove bottom clutch cover. Remove broken pieces and replace springs. Reassemble in reverse order.

Open up clutch encased area. Put new spring in. Screw up clutch encased area together. Started and problem fixed.
