Old head assembly wouldn\'t feed out trimmer line. Would jam up inside.
1. Got on YouTube to find out how to remove old trimmer head.
2. Used an allen wrench to stick into hole to keep head from spinning.
3. Turned the head counterclockwise and unscrewed it while holding allen wrench in hole.
4. Screwed on the trimmer head (it arrived already loaded with trimmer line--nice!).

... Read mored up the trimmer, and it worked beautifully right out of the box. A perfect fit and it fed the line out correctly when I bumped it on the ground.
6. I appreciate the fact that it was the correct part. The agent did a great job asking the right questions (make, model #, etc.) and then matching it up the right part to fit my edger. An A-1 transaction!
