Tear down the carburetor and replace gaskets, install fuel lines and filter. You need to force filter with the hose attached through the hole in the tank (from inside to outside) to ensure a good seal and prevent fuel leakage.

Replaced gaskets and diaphragm for carburetor. Should have taken pictures on disassembly. It would have eliminated problems with gasket orientation.

Remover the carburetor and replaced the gaskets and the diaphragm.

Diaphragm had a hole in it. Leaking fuel from plate cover.

Removed the carburetor. Removed diaphragm metal plate and old gasket and diaphragm and cleaned. Put new gasket and diaphragm and metal plate back on with 4 screws. Reinstalled carburetor (4 screws). Filled tank with fuel and started. Runs great!!!
