Took off old remaining plastic part with pliers
Pushed on new plastic choke lever
Works great

Would not start, choke handle broke

Pulled old choke handle off with pliers, pushed new one on.
Fished filter out if tank. Put new fuel filter on. Filled with gas. Worked great.
