This is a genuine Poulan part for use with Trimmers. The recoil starter pulley kit spins the flywheel to start the engine. The most common reason for replacing the pulley is when it is broken or stuck, causing the rope to not rewind and the engine to not start. This part includes the starter pulley, hub starter, starter hub spring and the screw. The tools that you will need to replace the starter pulley is a Torx head screwdriver and needle-nose pliers.
