OEM part fixed the issue after multiple attempts with cheaper items. The breather valve that I ordered was made in Japan and worked great. The problem was fixed as soon as I replaced the gas cap. The repair was easy, simply remove old gas tank gasket and replace with new one. I used my finger, no other tools required. I also installed a n ew air filter element, again, no tools needed.
