This is an authentic OEM sourced replacement starter housing which is designed for use with Husqvarna lawn and garden equipment. It is the starter housing assembly which is used to pull-start the engine. It is a complete assembly which includes a durable plastic housing, starter pulley, starter spring, and the pull rope with the grip, please note the hardware to secure this assembly is sold separately.

1. Emptied gas tank.
2. Removed air filter cover and air filter.
3. Cut and removed old fuel line and assembly pick up.
4. Fed new fuel line into gas tank and attached assembly pick up. Fed new fuel return line.
5. Cut and attach ends of fuel lines to carburetor.

Remove 3 torx screws from front of starter assy. Pull starter assy, off and discard. Put new starter assy. on and pull rope handle gently to seat starter into starter pawls and replace 3 torx screws.

Remove the starter assembly screws using a star bit on a ratcheting screwdriver. Remove the starter assembly and put the new one in and reinstall the 3 screws.
