Need help finding your model number?This recoil spring fits inside the pull-start assembly of compatible gas-powered outdoor equipment. It provides the tension needed to wind the starter rope back onto the pulley after each pull. Replace it if the spring is broken, stretched, rusted, or no longer retracts the rope. Use the full equipment model number to guarantee the proper fit. Stop the engine, let it cool, and disconnect the spark plug before repair. Wear eye and hand protection because the spring can release suddenly.
