Broken throttle cable (11 years old)

Replaced throttle cable by removing torx screws in the handle set to gain access to the trigger end connection. Removed trigger from handle and removed old broken throttle cable wire. Used Philips screwdriver to remove screw holding cable housing to the engine body. Disconnected the other end of the broken cable from the throttle linkage of the carburetor and discarded. Installed new throttle cable assembly in reverse order by connecting the cable to the throttle linkage then loosely installing the Philips screw into the new housing location and back onto the engine where it was removed. Leaving this loose in this step helps in the adjustment to come at the end. (adjust once, tighten once). The opposite end of the throttle cable assembly can now be installed back into the trigger by carefully guiding the barrel end with wire thru the slot and back over the trigger to allow the housing to rest in the handle set and be held tightly when the handle is replaced. Ensure the trigger moves freely and nothing is bound up, if all is good, you can down make the final adjustment for the throttle actuation.
Find the desired location for the trigger operation needed for wide open throttle and then tighten the screw into the engine housing.
Repair complete.
