I had the pleasure of talking with Cory who is based in NE Canada at the call center.
This lady could not have been for helpful easy to deal with and just amazing.
I returned my item and the credit showed up on my CC less shipping of course.
My one irritation is I contacted the General Office and wanted the name and mailing address
for the person that oversees the call center. I wanted to write and mail a letter about the great service I got from Cory. Never got a response, this is RUDE, I am trying to compliment in writing
about an employee and have not been given the info I need.
