Took Too Long To Get My Parts
The parts arrived in new condition. They were OEM parts. It took far far too long for the parts to arrive - three months is ridiculous in my opinion. eRplacement says the parts were back ordered from Ego. Ego forces its customers to use eReplacement for Ego product parts so I gave eReplacment some consideration in my scoring.
