This starter rope is a genuine OEM part. The Echo (3.5x900mm) rope is compatible with many lawn and garden tools. This component is often fastened onto the starter drum, with the other end attached to the starter grip. The apparatus is helpful for the operator to start the engine. This part is sold individually. However, it is also included in the starter assembly (A051001041). A hex key and a set of pliers are necessary in making the replacement. Please refer to specific manual for repair instructions.
