This is a genuine Toro replacement part. The thrust washer is designed by the manufacturer for Echo drills. It is a special component which helps to provide a tight fit for the carburetor. Over time it may wear out and begin to crack eventually requiring a replacement. Refer to the appropriate diagrams for your model to ensure the proper repair procedure. It is made of durable composite material and is sold as an individual item. A wrench set will be needed to remove and reattach the carburetor.
