1. Removed the piston but broke a ring
2.Ordered a pair of rings and head gasket, used a brake cyl hone tool wrapped with 1500 grit paper for a light polish job.( BY Hand ). Applied a heavy coat of white grease. The the Rings have and piston has match notches to index the rings .The head slide on the piston very smooth

Removed cover shroud, carburetor and exhaust. Unbolt cylinder head, remove circlips from piston. Install new piston and clips and reassemble.
