Remove the screws from the handle assembly, and carefully separate them. Make note of where all the internal parts are installed, especially the spring. 1. Removed the torx screws from the throttle trigger housing.
2. Removed broken part
3. Reattached spring and insert new throttle trigger
4. Assemble trigger housing
Removed the screws from the housing, made note of where all the parts inside were, especially the spring. Removed the cable lug from the trigger installed it in the new trigger. Made sure all the parts were in place and screwed the housings together.
I removed two Phillip head screws in the handle Split open the housing with a screwdriver, took out the broken trigger and replaced it with the new trigger.
