Remove 2 bolts holding the handle to the shaft, remove 2bolts holding shaft to the power head. pull shaft from powerhead , slide handle off shaft, remove throttle trigger from handle, by removing the bolt, disconnect throttle cable from trigger, install new handle on the shaft and reassemble.

Off with the old and on with the new. Only trouble was getting the cable to line back up on power head and trimmer wheel,
