This was an old Little Wonder /Mantis tiller. The piston was frozen and the carb was really bad. And the coil had failed.

1. After replacing the carb and making adjustments got the engine to run but it would quit.
2. I consulted a Tech at the local lawn and garden shop. He said the coil was cutting in and out.
3. replaced the coil but needed the spacer under the coil and the grommet was needed to replace the one grommet where the spark plug wire goes out the cover.
4. While I had things apart I noticed that the starter pawl seemed worn. I replaced the pawl while I was there since I had everything apart.
5. I was able to use the old intake gasket, so I kept the new for a spare
