1. Removed the trigger guard
2. unsnapped the air filter cover
3. removed two screws and carefully removed air filter base
4. disconnected old cable from carburetor and removed from trimmer housing
5. taped the end of the cable that connects to the trigger & fished back through the housing

8. snapped on air filter cover
9. attached cable to trigger and aligned within the trigger guard
10. re-attached trigger guard with screws (trimmer operated great after repair)
1. Remove the trigger handle screws. T25 torx
2. Removed the rear guard. T25 torx
3. Remove cable from carburetor
4. Remove cable from handle assembly.
5. Pull old cable out. Push new cable thru.
6. Connect new cable to carburetor.
7. Connect cable to throttle handle and reassemble.
