This is an authentic Craftsman replacement part that is sourced from the original manufacturer to be used with high-wheeled trimmers. The cutting line connects to the cutting disc assembly and is used to cut through grass and weeds. Through normal use, the line can wear down and will eventually need to be replaced. The packages of pre-cut lines are sold individually, please note tools are not required to install new pieces of line.
