This is an authentic OEM sourced component which is specially designed for use with Craftsman trimmers. This is the assembly that is used to pull-start the engine. It includes the plastic shroud, the starter pulley, the starter spring, and the pull rope with the grip. Note, the hardware to attached the assembly is sold separately. Please make sure to check the owners manual and the appropriate diagrams of your model for the correct installation of this part.

Removed 4 Torx/Star Head bolts on the old shroud. Placed new shroud on and used old bolts. Fit perfect. Pull started it within 3 try\'s it fired up. Very easy install and was exactly what I needed.
