Placed grass trimmer on its side.
Removed 2 screws from plastic shield then removed shield.
Removed bolt and nut from hub.
Removed all screws from from handle.
Carefully separate the two halfÆs.
(Take notice of the shafts path into the handle)
Removed flex shaft from outer housing, by pulling the shaft

Insert the new shaft into the outer housing and into the handle.
Place handle halfÆs together and replace screws
Replace bolt and nut removed from the hub
Replace plastic shield and two screws.
Took apart handle after unplugging trimmer removed shaft pole and removed flex shaft out after removing line guard and shaft rotating head where flex cable broke. reassembled in reverse order
