Difficult to find the right part, extremely slow to receive the part
So the only part this site carries for the Breville Bov845 toaster oven is this Lamp Assembly. Inside the oven are 2 glass/plastic heating elements that are very easy to break. I assumed (incorrectly) that this must be that part, instead it is the light bulb assembly, a part that is almost impossible to break and most people wouldn't care if it failed. Ordered this part on Dec 4th in hoped of fixing my over for Christmas, received on January 7th. So took over 1 month to receive AND it ended up being the wrong part. Will not purchase from this site ever again and will likely never buy another Breville oven again.
