Unbolted engine and pulley guide to remove old belt, cleaned housing of old belt material. Installed new belt and tightened guide pulley and replaced clutch cable, reinstalled engine and tightened bolts. Started engine and checked operation and everything worked like new. Tiller needed cable clutch since old one was broken
On the Bolens tiller you have to take cable off handle then 4 bolts use which I had to use socket set & vice grip bolts both side.
