This is an authentic Troy-Bilt replacement part that is sourced from the original manufacturer for use with tillers. The forward idler pulley goes next to the flat washer. During the installation process, a wrench set might be needed to replace this part. It may become broken and will need to be replaced. This is made out of metal and is sold individually.

Frozen idler pulley
