Order took too long to come.
Apparently you left all the automatic equipment in service but not the get the parts out part. Paid more but got the parts 3 weeks before I heard from you. I would recommend when and if there is another problem, and you are not able to perform put that on your website. Not that parts will ship and the buyer getting no feedback for weeks.
