This is an authentic OEM supplied replacement carburetor designed for Ryobi blowers and cultivators. Carburetor plays an essential role in an internal combustion engines as it mixes the fuel and air before it is sent to the engine. This carburetor has a metal body and a plastic throttle lever. When replacing a carburetor it is advised to replace the gaskets as well to ensure proper seal. To complete this repair a torx screwdriver and a phillips head screwdriver would be needed. • Make sure fuel is drained and spark plug is disconnected • Remove carburetor housing cover • Take out air filter and remove the air box base • Disconnect fuel lines and remove the old carburetor • Install new carburetor • Re-assemble and test the unit

REMOVE AIR FILTER ASSEMBLY, REMOVE 2 SCREWS CONNECTING THE AIR BOX BASE AND CARBURETOR ON. REMOVE FUEL LINE FROM OLD CARBURETOR AND INSTALL THEM IN THE SAME PLACE ON THE NEW ONE. CHECK TO SEE IF YOUR GASKETS ARE OKAY. INSTALL CARBURETOR AND AIR BOX BASE. THEN THE AIR FILTER ASSEMBLY. PUMP THE AIR PURGE A FEW TIMES AND IT STARTED RIGHT UP.

Would not run properly

Remove the air cleaner assembly, then the bolts the secure the carburetor. Remove the fuel lines from the old carburetor and place them on the new one. Remove the throttle cable from the old carburetor and install it on the new carburetor. Remove the old carburetor and screw the new one on. Replace the air cleaner assembly. Then you shou ld be good to go.

1.removed Starter
2. Removed gas tank unhooked lines to carburator
3. Removed car. & gasket
4. Un hooked the throttle linkage
5. Installed new carburator,& gasket
6. Reversed removal procedure

Removed air filter
Removed carburetor and fuel lines to tank.
Saved parts until new one arrived
Installed new carburetor
Filter housing and new filter (already had filter)
Cleaned spark plug as it was fairly new reinstalled
Added new gas
Done
