It came as a complete assembly, just needed to be attached to motor. Easy fix. Just remove the four screws from the old starter assembly and remove it. Then install the new starter assembly with the four screws.

Got the whole assembly. Just had to remove the screws holding the old one on and remove it, then screwed the new one on.
