This recoil pulley is an authentic Troy-Bilt, Yard-Man, MTD, and Cub Cadet replacement part that is compatible with tillers, edger's, and cultivators. The recoil pulley holds the recoil spring, rope reel and the starter rope in place. This part is made of hard plastic and is sold individually. This part includes the recoil spring, the plastic housing, and the starter rope. For installation, you will need a socket wrench and a screwdriver to aid you.
