Soft handle material dry rotted

1. Removed the old rotted handles. I took a knife and carefully cut old material off handles.
2. Attempted to slide new handle material on cultivator handle and it was difficult to slide on.
3. Applied a thin coat of Vaseline on inside of handle material. {This makes putting the handle
material on easier.)
