1. Removed engine, replaced carburetor, muffler, head gasket, plug, kill lever, dip stick: sandblasted & painted with engine paint
2. Removed wheels, tires: sandblasted rims, replaced axle seals: repainted & mounted new tires
3. Removed shields and tines, replaced hinge rod on lower deflector shield: sandblasted and painted

4. Pulled gearcase sheave, removed engine mount, replaced input shaft seal, upper and rear gearcase gaskets: sandblast and painted
5. Built new attachment for V-belt cover, replaced V-belt idler pulley, made rubber handles for tine engagement arm and clutch handle
6. Re-assembled entire unit with all new stainless bolts, washers & nuts

Tines were difficult to remove from shaft. Had to torch of the left inner tine assy. Once the tines were off the shaft, bearings and seals were easy to install.I I then machined a new tine pipe and welded the original tines to it ,drilled some holes for bolts. Everything now works like new!
