1- Removed shaft
2- Greased new shaft and slid into holes
3- Removed allen screw greased and replaced
4- Removed bolts in cover guard removed handle
5- Replaced with new guard and screw lock down for blade adjustment
6- Set depth of blade
7- Checked all connections started saw and set guard
