This genuine OEM sourced replacement 110V is supplied directly from the original equipment manufacturer for use with Alpha stone cutters. An armature is one of the key components of an electric motor, over time it will wear out and may begin to fail eventually requiring a replacement. If you notice smoke or sparks coming from the vents on the back of your tool, you've probably overloaded your armature at some point. It is advised to replace both carbon brushes when replacing an armature, please note this high-quality component is sold individually. It is a complete assembly which includes the armature, the plastic fan and two armature bearings.
