The tea-basket for my Breville teamaker arrived on time and in excellent condition. I will not hesitate to use eReplacementParts again in the future.

Very happy with the product. Arrived 100% intact and completely brand new. Bonus: was 25$ cheaper than getting it from the manufacturer...who by the way was sold out. Not knocking Brevil at all, just saying I'm so happy I found this company.

I received the Breville Tea Maker replacement tea basket in good timing. It arrived as scheduled and in tact. Very satisfied with the service.

The wife's Breville teapot needed a new basket and since the manufacturer has been out of stock forever, I was glad to find this part here, even if it cost nearly $20-$25 more than from the OEM. The item is an exact fit replacement and came in the mail quickly in a bubble wrap-style bag. The unit has some small dings/dents from shipping handling so I would recommend that eReplacement parts.com consider using small boxes for items instead, although the "damage" was only cosmetic and the unit functions as expected. Expect to thoroughly wash/clean the basket before use as there was some grease/oil on the metal, as well as some small metal shavings/flecks from manufacturing time. Overall a 10 out of 10.
