Removed Motor Arbor Shaft Assembly by splitting motor and into to halves, removed brushes , installed the replacement Arbor Shaft Assembly reinstalled the brushes.
reduction gear had to be cut off - extreme interference fit
new reduction gear had to be heated and the shaft had to be frozen
still was very tight fit when pressed on
don\'t forget needle bearing and high speed grease
