This is an OEM part sourced directly from the manufacturer. The carriage bolt is found in a Ryobi portable table saw. This part is made of metal, and is used to secure the spreader bracket to the blade guard assembly. Please be aware that there are different bolts used in the machine. Refer to the parts diagram to be sure of ordering the correct part. No tools are required when replacing this item. Simply unscrew the wing nut so the old part can be removed, then insert the new one in its place. This item is available as an individual replacement part.
