Not Extremely Happy
I ordered the switch from you and waited over 2 weeks for it to be delivered. When it did arrive, it was the wrong switch. I talked to a representative and was told, 1) I will have to wait up to 10 days for my refund, 2) that the right switch will not be delivered for almost three weeks. I realize that "things happen" , so I am still a loyal customer and will gladly recommend you to friends. I am just dismayed that this is taking so long.
