Poor service
I ordered this part that they did not have and they have to order it from the factory, I waited too long. The day the package arrived, it did not have my apartment number showing on the package and it was sent back to the sender at Makita. I was advised that my package was sent back to the sender. So I called back to eReplacementParts and let them know what happened because my address was correct and they let me know that the address was wrong. A response was to sent it and get my money back and reordered it so I did it and I never heard back from anybody and I never got my parts this is the first time that I had bad service but 3 to 4 weeks of waiting time is to much and them reordering it again and maybe they made another mistake and they decided to just let it go.
