Right part number but send wrong part
Ordered Part Number: HVBS7MW-119 and when it arrived I was sent the wrong wheel. It was really frustrating because I spend 30 mins with customer service finding the correct one. Not to mention the time I lost waiting for it and then returning it. I ordered another one hoping that this time I receive the correct part. The other issue was after ordering the replacement part I was told that this item is now on back order. I asked when should I expect a delivery and was told just to monitor my account for updates. Nice.
