Broke a fence pad

Since there are two of them on the fence, I replaced them both.
Remove the screws holding them on.
Install the new pads with the screws.

1. Remove the fence from the saw.
2. Remove the pads from the fence with a Phillips screwdriver.
3. Replace with the new pads.
4. Go back to work.
