Removed Crank Handle and Shield covering the belt ---then Replaced the Belt --- The crank Handle had a \"Double Allen Wrench set Screws Deep inside the hole they are in --- that was Puzzling for a moment -- but when both Screws were Backed out ---the Crank handle came off easy.
