Difficulty Level:

Total Repair Time:

Tools:
Screw drivers
Parts Used:

Removed the screws holding the bail arm on, watch for a small washer on the trigger side. Removed bail and cross bar the bail attached to. Removed the whole spinning housing by sliding off the central post. Cleaned and greased operating parts. Keep in mind there are two very small detent springs. One is placed in the white spacer which ha s a designated placement between two body posts. The other spring is tensioned by a separate body post. Replace spinning housing, removed side cover on trigger side to access auto bail close arm and spring. Pull this out and replace new parts the same configuration as was found. The small pinched side of the spring is the side the black auto bail trip bar goes in. Put back on side plate with two screws. Replace quick fire parts by two screws. Bail goes back on with one machined metal thread screw and one plastic thread screw. Grease all your parts after cleaning, including the mating faces of the new quick fire trigger parts, allows for easy break in.
