Too long to replace and too expensive
Well, the reel handle is fine but your replacement part time line is a joke. Had I known how long it would take your company to find and mail the replacement handle and the price you were going to charge, I would have passed on your offer to help. Won't be using your company again and I don't believe your "supply chain issues" reason for the delay in processing my order!
