This is an authentic OEM part. The Pflueger clutch spring is made for use with several spinning reels. Fitted into the one way clutch, the metal spring provides the needed resistance. This component is sold individually. A screwdriver and pliers are often required for the repair.

The new part was not an exact copy of the original. Turns out cleaning the grease out of the original and replacing was the answer. So I have a new anti reverse clutch, for the price and experience no big deal. The parts shipped quickly and I will purchase again following a search on the web.
