This is an authentic Penn replacement part manufactured for use with spinning reels. The line roller bushing allows the line roller to rotate as line travels over the roller when reeling in line. If the roller does not rotate or rotates with difficulty that can result in the line twisting and causing tangles. Replacing a worn line roller bushing can free up the line roller to allow the line to move across the roller smoothly. This line roller bushing is available as an individual replacement part, please note the line roller washer and line roller are available separately.
